Aberfield Communications has been appointed to provide communications support for the York-based National Agri-Food Innovation Campus – a key UK centre for life sciences and bioeconomy businesses.
Aberfield will be working with the Capita-owned science campus located at Sand Hutton with a brief to increase NAFIC’s profile with the innovation that takes place at the site. In addition, it will promote the growth of existing tenants along with its 250-seat conference centre which will see Aberfield help increase business space demand while supporting NAFIC’s key stakeholder relationships in the region.
Recently, two new tenants moved to the site – Symbiosis IP Ltd which is a firm of patent attorneys specialising in the bioscience sector and a leading environmental and integrated design company, FPCR.
Aberfield, according to managing director, Phil Reed, is looking forward to not only increasing the profile of such a unique campus which is home to a wide range of private and public sector science-based organisations but also helping it develop relationships with key stakeholders at the same time as supporting the fantastic work taking place there.
