Delete have completed a new website for The Meningitis Research Foundation in time for the annual Meningitis Awareness Week (18-24 September) and donated the site for free.
The charity’s mission is to to see a world free from meningitis and septicaemia and to have more engaged and informed communities patients and communities.
Within the new site, the user journey has been improved with restructured navigation for clearer signposting to make it easier for users to switch from one area of the site to another.
Important medical information is also made more accessible by reducing the amount of content overall, and refining what was left in order to highlight the work the Meningitis Research Foundation undertakes.
Rob Dawson, Head of Communications, Advocacy and Support at Meningitis Research Foundation said: “We are delighted to have partnered with Delete at a time when we are expanding the reach of our work. The online world is a critical platform for us to inform the general public, communicate with our supporters and involve people in our vital work, and campaigns. Because meningitis strikes so quickly, having more easily accessible information about signs and symptoms is also key to saving lives.”
