Matt Newing, Elite’s founder and CEO believes that the two companies are a good fit, sharing a similar high-service culture and that their unified comms and IT products and services will deliver the strongest client offering in the industry.
Nexus Telecommunications’ CEO, Rob Sims, will stay on with the business and will be a part of the group leadership team following the acquisition.
The Lancashire based company, a leading provider of unified communications, has funded all its acquisitions through internal cashflows and conservative leverage with no outside investors.
