Linetime’s Liberate solution has been adopted by Stanton Fisher Legal, one of the UK’s largest financial claims specialists, to support the firm’s expansion plans including the provision of legal services through an Alternative Business Structure to avoid outsourcing such activities with the advent of the Legal Services Act.
The firm was established in 2010 and claims financial compensation from banks and large corporations for consumers. Now with more than 150 staff, the firm handles PPI claims, flight delays and mis-sold packaged bank accounts.
Stanton Fisher recognised the need for a case management system to support its growth and the changes in its structure as well as assisting the firm in complying with its regulatory requirements and to support the Stanton Fisher’s accounting and compliance functions and claims management handling.
Olufunso Idowu, Stanton Fisher’s Head of Legal Practice, states that Liberate was selected because of the case management systems’ flexibility and its ability to ingest new cases from the firm’s front end web systems.
