ResearchBods have been appointed by Coca-Cola to build and manage a major Insight Community across Western Europe using their ex-plor platform.
The insight community is designed to help brands to examine current customer landscapes and discover commercially impactful insights through two way, meaningful conversations. This process will help Coca-Cola to gain a deeper understanding of target audience by engaging with them and entering into dialogue on a range of subjects across Western Europe.
Alistair Millar, Insight Director at The Coca-Cola Company, said “The speed at which consumer attitude changes is accelerating, so we need to be at the top of our game in order to hear the subtly shifting nuances of what drinkers are telling us from one moment to the next.”
ResearchBods’ Insight Community will be hosted using its ex-plor platform which already boasts well-known brands including, Costa Coffee, Penguin Random House and First Direct.
