SVL Business Solutions, an experienced provider of multimedia interaction recording and advanced contact centre applications, has acquired a 25 percent equity interest in Leeds based Liquid Voice.
SVL is establishing a new division to offer the Liquid Voice range of products. The new division will also be offering Liquid Voice’s current SmartVoice range of PCI compliance, customer satisfaction and contact centre training solutions. Running alongside the new division, SVL’s existing sales and support operation will continue to focus NICE’s range of high-end interaction recording and contact centre applications including robotic process optimisation, quality management, WFM, customer feedback, analytics and real-time solutions.
According to SVL Business Solutions’ Sales and Marketing Director, Peter Gough, this investment is the latest development in a long-term strategy to diversify SVL’s business, and consolidate their position as a market leader. Liquid Voice provides a range of latest generation solutions that complements SVL’s current portfolio of products and services and will enable the company to greatly expand its customer base.
SVL Business Solutions has made significant and sustained investments in NICE products and, as the company’s largest business partner in the EMEA region, will continue to develop and expand its existing sales and support capabilities. To ensure that there is no impact on its longstanding relationship with NICE, SVL is taking a strategic approach to selling and supporting Liquid Voice products.
The investment will enable the accelerated development of Liquid Voice’s platforms supporting the expansion of their business globally. Having already built a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region, they aim to develop their business into other international territories.
